AskRank is a done-for-you agency service. All fees are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
Why we don't offer refunds
When you start a plan, our team begins work immediately — strategy, content production, optimization, and platform setup. We also reserve dedicated capacity for your account each month. Because this work is delivered upfront and cannot be "returned," monthly retainer fees and one-time service fees are non-refundable, including for partially used months.
Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel at any time — just email [email protected] or use your account, before your next monthly renewal.
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- You retain access to services and deliverables through the end of your current paid period.
- We do not pro-rate or refund the current or past months.
Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we resolve issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services.
No guarantee of results
AEO and SEO outcomes depend on third-party AI and search engines and other factors outside our control. We deliver the work professionally, but the absence of a specific result is not grounds for a refund. See our Terms of Service.
